What kind of projects does Thrive Social take on?
Historic downtown revitalization, mixed-use development, restaurant creation and operations, and community-focused real estate. Our sweet spot is neighborhoods of 5,000–50,000 residents with historic character and strong civic identity that need investment and activation.
How can I invest in a Thrive Social project?
We offer joint ventures, project-specific equity, and preferred equity investments. Minimums typically range from $250K to $1M depending on the project. Reach out for our current investor deck.
What is your typical project timeline?
Restaurants take 9–14 months from concept to opening. Mixed-use developments range 18–36 months. Full district revitalizations are multi-year initiatives — usually 3–5 years for complete transformation.
Do you work outside Arizona?
Our roots are in Arizona, but we’re actively expanding across the Southwest and will consider exceptional opportunities elsewhere — communities with strong fundamentals, engaged leadership, and neighborhoods that align with our mission.
How does Good Neighbors work?
We donate to established Chandler nonprofits that already serve the communities where we work.
